In an effort to give our customers as high quality of service as possible we are changing our e-mail system to something a bit more up-to-date. The new system has numerous new features, some of which are highlighted below:
- Customer administration - customers may now setup and configure their own mailboxes as the need arises without contacting our staff. This is done through a secure interface for each domain the customer wishes to manage.
- A full-featured web based e-mail interface allows your users to not only retrieve their e-mail through a pop-mail enabled application (ie. Outlook Express) but they may also read and manage their mailboxes through this web interface from anywhere that has internet access.
- Enhanced list management - for customers who use our e-mail list services, they will now be able to manage and control their lists more completely through the web administrator.
- Many other enhancements to be discovered as you work with our new system!
To use this new system, you should read the following web pages. Users of our old mail system should specifically read the information regarding migrating your mailboxes.
